Your data is used only to create your individual assessment report. Once that has been created and sent to your client organization, all of your data will be erased. We therefore do not keep any data about individual users within our system.

Your individual assessment report is provided to your client organization for their internal purposes. We are not and will not be liable for how they use this data or for any direct or indirect loss or damage that is caused to any party based on this information.

We employ industry standard security measures to ensure the security of information. However, the security of information transmitted through the Internet can never be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any interception or interruption of any communications through the Internet or for changes to or losses of information. Users of our sites are responsible for maintaining the security of any password, user ID, or other form of authentication involved in obtaining access to password protected or secure areas of our Sites.
